 The standard mobile robot chassis based on slam laser navigation technology adopts silent rubber wheels, which can realize the functions of in-situ turning, straight-line walking, intelligent charging, suitable for the ground with flatness within ± 10mm, humanized obstacle avoidance design and low noise during walking. Abundant network ports, manual charging ports, USB ports, input and output ports and data communication protocols are reserved, as shown in the figure: 

The whole system is designed with on-board charging module, laser safety protection, 3D visual protection, excellent shock absorption design device, independent patented core controller and convenient external debugging charging interface module, equipped with automatic charging pile. It is equipped with PC side operation software and mobile app operation software to facilitate use and operation.

2. Introduction to each component module

Charging module and charging pile

Under the constant monitoring of the core controller, the general mobile chassis will send a charging command to control the mobile chassis to charge at the charging pile if the power is lower than the charging threshold; When the charging is completed, the mobile chassis will return to the waiting area and wait for further instructions. The charging module and charging pile are shown in the figure:

 

Safety protection module

3D vision anti-collision module based on navigation laser sensor and autonomous algorithm, in which 3D vision camera is installed in the driving direction to form 3D range safety protection; Laser, photoelectric, mechanical and other anti-collision modules can also be added according to customer needs.

Damping design device

The integrated driving wheel and double spring guide column damping mechanism are adopted, with a variation range of 30mm, which can absorb the ground fluctuation of ± 10mm, and there is no noise on the way.

 

General controller ECO400

The self-developed motion controller is suitable for a variety of differential mobile robot products. The motion controller adopts industrial chip and is compatible with a variety of communication protocols, including can bus and TCP / IP network protocol; Rich external interfaces, which can be connected to a variety of sensors (navigation laser head, anti-collision laser head, ultrasonic, stepping / servo motor driver, etc.); The external IO adopts harness design, which makes the AGV wiring neat and beautiful, simple assembly and easy maintenance, as shown in the figure.
