1. The self-developed navigation and positioning system is adopted, and the AGV motion controller with independent property rights is used to realize the positioning accuracy of ±10mm.
2. Adopt electric forklift, add control box, configure laser anti-collision, mechanical anti-collision, photoelectric anti-collision multiple safety anti-collision system, realize automatic safe driving of unmanned forklift;
3. Supporting AGV scheduling system and human-computer interaction software, all AGVs are managed through the deployed wireless network to realize AGV scheduling control and data monitoring. The system can also dock with MES/WMS production management system to build an intelligent production factory.
